We were at the bus, it was a 3 hr trip.
He pulled out a plastic bag of his backpack, the plastic bag had holes, wrapped inside there were two old polaroids.

Green colour, fade whites, glue on the back of the pictures, pin holes on one corner.

In one picture there´s a woman in her birthday, she´s smiling, there's no one else in the picture, just one arm around her shoulders holding her tight. In the other one, an old man, sitting in a table with glasses of prepared drinks, he´s lighting a cigarrete, he looks really happy.

he takes the pictures off my hands and stares at them for a while, he says:
"i don't know when this is...but i miss their faces"

He turn his head to the window, staring at the landscape. the buildings of the city are vanishing in the horizon.
"goodbye to another city..." he whispers.
